We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer assembly services for large items?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee at checkout. This service includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Are MASU products covered by a warranty?
All MASU furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
