Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original MASU boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
